If you clicked this link, it means you’re someone who loves to get to know the face behind the business, and I’m grateful for your interest ! My name is Heavenleigh Scott, and I’m the girlie behind Pretty Sticky Nostalgia. I’m a self-taught artist based in Chicago, Illinois, and I’m passionate about art. You may be shocked to learn this, but I actually have a huge passion for fashion where I earned a degree in Fashion Design from Columbia College Chicago, my dream school. Although my artistic journey has transitioned from fashion into digital art, you may notice that I incorporate cute little outfits on my sticky sketches.

Pretty Sticky Nostalgia came to life because I noticed a lack of modernized versions of our favorite childhood characters. I figured I couldn’t be the only one that remembered my old animated cartoon friends, so with a limited budget and high beliefs in my artistic ability, I took the plunge and started this business. However, I knew my business couldn’t sustain from other peoples creations— the childhood characters, so I decided to design my own characters. My very first character, Penny the Penguin, was a hit and set the stage for everything that followed. Don’t worry though, from time to time I still make sure to add the nostalgic characters we remembered !

Running this business can be overwhelming at times since I’m a one man band, but every moment is honestly exciting ! I love packing orders and seeing what you guys pick out. And it’s insane to think my art is on someone’s notebook, car or thigh XD. Although Pretty Sticky takes up much of my time, my passion for fashion is still alive and well. If you’re into y2k fashion, OOTDs, and GRWMs, or if you simply want to support my fashion too, check out my y2k aesthetic TikTok @not2heavenleigh. Your support means the world to me and has truly changed my life. Thank you for being a part of this adventure and helping remove my generational curses. I love y’all more than you know. ☆
