can I make a(n) exchange, return or refund ?
Unfortunately no my love :( Please be sure what you’re ordering is what you want. And it’s good to get into the habit of double, even triple checking your delivey address. Should you have any issues with your order, please email your name and order number to prettystickynostalgia@gmail.com.

shipping processing time ?
hey my love, I know you all want your orders quickly, so here’s a quick breakdown !
I design, print, cut and ship everything myself, so please be patient with me ! As soon as I receive an order, I start on it as immediate as I can. You will receive an email once shipped.
Processing Times::
For untracked orders;
* to Europe:: 7 to 14 business days
* to Asia:: 10 to 20 business days
* to UK:: 7 to 12 business days
For tracked orders, shipping time will be slightly shorter as they’re priority mail. These estimates are based on the USPS site info.
I ship from Chicago, Illinois, USA.

where is my order ???
If you selected the untracked shipping option at checkout, unfortunately locating your order Is beyond my control. I would suggest patience though that can be annoying. Have a positive mind that it will show up ! Thoughts are powerful !
If you selected the tracked shipping option at checkout and you cannot see its whereabouts for an extended period of time, past expected delivery date, I highly encourage you contact the courier company connected to your order.
After I’ve shipped your order, there is little I can do. It’s between you and the courier :/

I received the wrong items !
I am so sorry for my avoidable mistake :( and I hope I did not cause any inconvenience. Please email prettystickynostalgia@gmail.com within a week of your delivery with pictured proof and order number for a refund for that item. Only refund will be given. If you really wish to have what you ordered, shipping would have to be repaid by customer. If delivery has exceeded one week grace period, refund will not be made. Ensure you contact me promptly if order is incorrect.

do you honor lost packages ? would you redeliver ?
This is a case-by-case matter for tracked orders only. If your order is past expected delivery date and has been for a while, please email prettystickynostalgia@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number. Once you have contacted me and both you and I have tracked your order and it is off in the wood works far from your shipping address, I will honor the lost package with a redelivery. However, you will have to pay a new shipping cost.
For untracked orders, unfortunately my love, I will not honor the lost order. Still email me and I may replace your order but this is on a case-by-case basis.
Sidenote; please, to keep the peace— especially for international orders, select tracked shipping at checkout !

can I change my order ?
Yes, you can ! But only if your order had not yet been shipped out and is at the same price point. After shipping, getting ahold of a package is beyond my control. Please ensure careful decision before completing your order.

what are my shipping options ?
To keep low shipping cost for you, I offer untracked USPS First Class letter mail for both domestic and international orders. Letter mail will be shipped in a stamped envelope.
If you prefer to track your order until arrival, I currently only offer tracked shipping to the United States ! This is because I am seeking cheaper shipping options for other regions. When I do my due diligence in research, I will def offer tracked shipping for everyone !
Tracked orders will be shipped in bubble polymailers. You can select your preferred method at checkout.
